Refund Policy

At Zulf s.r.o., we are committed to providing excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy below:

Conditions for Refund

All refunds are possible only within 30 calendar days from the date of the money transfer. Orders are refundable until payment is forwarded to any advertising platform or network, and the advertising campaign is launched. 

We also process refunds for mistaken orders (e.g., duplicate payments or overpayments).

Initiating a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send a request to our email info@zulf.sk and attach proof that your refund request is eligible. Even if your case does not meet the conditions, you can still request a refund. We will review your request and provide a decision within 5 business days.

Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved and both parties agree on the sum, the money will be refunded using the same payment method. Please note that the payment method cannot be changed under any conditions.
